Dream Junmai Daiginjo​ Genshu is crafted using pure groundwater from the foothills of Mount Sangane—a remarkable location known as a stopover for the Parantica sita, the only migratory butterfly known to cross the ocean.
 
Dream reveals delicate Nashi pear aromas, a gentle acidity reminiscent of strawberry, and a light effervescence on the palate. To fully appreciate its qualities, we recommend serving it chilled.
