Brewed by Aoki Shuzo in Uonuma 魚沼市, Niigata, KAKUREI JUNMAI DAIGINJO is distinguished by its floral and fruity aroma. On the palate, it offers a smooth texture and pleasant freshness, complemented by a round and mellow umami. You can also detect a mild bitterness, reminiscent of dark chocolate.
 
This is a sake that has such a sense of unity, so elegant, with a well-balanced sweetness/acidity ratio, it's even better than Kakurei Junmai Ginjo
