It is a sake that has such a sense of unity of taste, so elegant, without showiness, without ostentation of flavours, with a well-balanced sweetness to acidity ratio.
Cold, it is very refreshing and can be drunk like water. At room temperature, you successively experience sweetness, astringency and pepperiness.
It is perfect to pair with raw oysters.
