From Kato Shuzoten, Sado Island, the KINTSURU HONJOZO offers aromas of lychee and a silky sensation. This is a rather dry Honjozo, but very sweet, thanks to its water.
At first, moderate sourness and bitterness are felt. It marvellously accompanies dishes with a pronounced taste.
