The DENTO KARAKUCHI (Traditional Dry) from Kirinzan Brewery is Niigata’s classic Tanrei Karakuchi (light and dry), an everyday sake very popular among locals.
Although dry and light, it is smooth, generous in Umami, quite mellow, with a slightly astringent aftertaste.
It offers a nutty and melon taste that goes well with any dish.
It remains delicious no matter what its temperature is, from Mizorezake (slushy) to Atsukan (50 ºC).
