KOMAIZUMI GINJO GENSHU HIZO SANNEN
駒泉吟醸原酒 秘蔵参年
KOMAIZUMI GINJO (Polishing ratio of 60%) GENSHU (without added water) HIZO SANNEN (kept as a treasure for three years.)
The KOMAIZUMI GINJO GENSHU HIZO SANNEN is an exceptional sake prepared by Toji Heijibee Morita in Shichinohe, Aomori Prefecture. It is very rare, the production is around 300 bottles.
It moves out of Japan only to come to Montreal.
This is a Ginjo Genshu that has matured for at least three years at a low and constant temperature in a historic building.
This maturation gives it a complexity of taste (hazelnut, rice, butter) and roundness while allowing it to retain its fruity aromas and refreshing acidity.
Cold, KOMAIZUMI GINJOSHU GENSHU HIZO SANNEN is generous in fruit flavours.
Drunk in NuruKan (40-45 °), it deploys its complex aromas even better, but remains mellow and keeps its punch.
Soft, mellow and complex Ginjoka
Slightly golden color
Sakamai: Hanafubuki rice from Aomori Prefecture
