From Obata shuzo, the MANOTSURU JUNMAI NIGORI Cloudy is a sake that it is roughly filtered, thuscloudy and slightly sweetened by particles of rice.
This junmai has notes of tropical fruits, herbs and melon. The finish, creamy and slightly peppery, is reminiscent of rice porridge.
